First sign-in
If you have not set your password, select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Enter your confirmed account email, open the single-use email link and choose your password. Complete any multi-factor challenge shown after sign-in. Spitzli Cloud uses Managed Neon Auth for sign-in. Core retains account approval, workspace roles, website grants, MFA and passkey checks. Connecting your own Neon account is a separate provider connection.Workspace membership
An authorized administrator invites members. Complete account setup and accept the invitation before opening the workspace. Owners, administrators and members have different permissions; workspace roles do not grant platform operator access. Last-administrator protections can block removal. For websites, owners and administrators of a mapped workspace can receive administrator access. Members need an enabled website grant. A revoked grant, disabled binding or suspended account can still prevent access.Secure your account
Open Account security from Console’s account menu to manage your password, passkeys, MFA and recovery codes. Operators must complete the required security setup. MFA-enabled accounts must complete the additional challenge after their password is accepted.Existing passkeys and authentication issuer addresses remain bound to
auth.webdock.dev. Start account actions from Console; changing the hostname of an authentication link can break the flow.
